Information in the iOS app
FoodAureo lets you create and manage pantry ingredients, recipes, shopping-list items and app preferences. The current app build stores this information locally on your iPhone using Apple’s on-device storage technology. FoodAureo does not require an account and does not upload this information to a FoodAureo server.
Voice entry
If you choose voice entry, FoodAureo asks for microphone and speech-recognition permission. Audio is used to turn the pantry or shopping-list items you speak into text for your review. FoodAureo uses Apple’s Speech framework; speech recognition may rely on Apple’s services depending on your device, language and system availability. Apple’s handling is governed by your device settings and Apple’s privacy terms. You can deny either permission and use typed entry instead.
Pantry export
You can choose to export your pantry as a JSON file. The iOS share and save sheet lets you decide where that file goes. Once you send or save an export outside FoodAureo, the destination you choose is responsible for it.
Information on this website
This static website does not create accounts, accept forms, run analytics, set cookies or include advertising and third-party tracking. Like most web hosting providers, Cloudflare may process limited technical request information—such as IP address, browser details and request time—to deliver and protect the site under Cloudflare’s own terms and retention practices.
Sharing and selling
FoodAureo does not receive your local kitchen data, so it does not sell or share that data. The current website does not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising.
Retention and deletion
App data remains on your device until you edit or delete it, use the in-app deletion controls, reset the app’s sample data, or remove the app and its data through iOS. FoodAureo cannot remotely access or restore locally stored data.
Children
FoodAureo is a general pantry-planning tool and is not directed to children. The app and website do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
If FoodAureo later adds accounts, cloud features, analytics, cookies or other data handling, this policy will be updated before those changes are described as part of the service. The current date and applicable app build appear at the top of this page.
